15 minutes routine Power Asanas

I am lazy, I am, I can´t help it. You can´t imagine how traumatic is for me to go to a gym or run for a block. 

All my life I´ve struggled with exercising, even so I have always know that is vital for my health. 

So, I have come with a lot of ways to make my exercising routine fun so even the laziest part of me, enjoys something about it. 

This kind of routines that involve yoga asanas, are the best for people like me that love yoga and hates weights.

Repeat  twice for a 15 minute routine, and for an extra shot of strenght repeat it one more time.
