Lo que más me gusta de la fotografía es cuando involucra gente que amo, cuando le permito a mi cámara no solo buscar en lo que tengo al frente sino en mi propia alma y en la de quienes estoy captando.

Este shooting tuvo lugar en uno de los lugares que más quiero: El Recinto del Pensamiento, en Manizales, Colombia. El mismo lugar en donde  me casé y donde, mientras posaba para mis fotos de boda, imaginaba la cantidad de diferentes fotos que yo hubiese hecho si fuera el fotógrafo.

La vida me premió con ir a ese mismo lugar a tomarle fotos a dos de mis personas favoritas. Las nubes permanentes de aquel bello bosque húmedo me permitieron tener el perfecto filtro de luz. Sus diferentes colores le dieron vida a cada una de las fotografías en las que buscábamos integrar la felicidad que les produce su amor y esa bella naturaleza que nos rodeaba.

Les deseo ese mismo amor siempre.

I adore when my work involves taking pictures to people I love, when I allow to my camera not only to look in what stands in front of me but into my own soul and into the soul of those who are getting photographed.

This shooting took place in a wonderful forest which I truly love: El Recinto del Pensamiento in Manizales, Colombia. The same place who saw me get married and where, as I was posing for my wedding pictures, I imagined all the different images I would´ve do if I were the photographer.

Life rewarded me with that same location now that I was going to make some images for two of my favorite persons. The casted sky of that gorgeous forest allowed me to have the perfect light. The different colors of this beautiful place gave life to each picture in which we tried to marry the happiness that their love creates in them with the beautiful nature that surrounded us.
